Mike brings more than 20 years of information management experience to Fireproof. For the past ten years, he has focused on Fireproof’s product and service diversification, and securing and helping to grow several industry affiliates: National Records Center and Professional Records & Information Services Management (PRISM) to name a few. He is a household name with many privately-held records centers, and spends time frequenting their cities in a consulting capacity.

Susan has been with Fireproof over 25 years and has served on the national board of PRISM and ARMA (Association of Records Managers & Administrators). Susan has focused her time on developing relationships with our clients, and works closely with the day-to-day operations of the business to ensure quality and integrity in all that we do.
Cecile Ogg, Director of Customer Service “To receive daily phone calls about our superior level of service is still amazing to me after 20 years with Fireproof. It speaks to our people, and just how easy my day is managing our customer service personnel.”
Cecile manages all the human resource functions of our company. In addition, she works with our clients to ensure that their needs are identified and met.Karen Preston, Director of Sales “Helping our customers find solutions to their information management problems has been my focus for over 20 years. It’s always gratifying to see how using Fireproof’s services can make their jobs easier for them”.
Karen has been with Fireproof over twenty years in a sales capacity and is our Director of Sales. Her passion is in working closely with our clients to design programs tailored to fit their specific needs. In addition, Karen conducts motivational team build sessions, and has been instrumental in training our in-house sales team in sales best practices. Karen is also a trained mediator/facilitator, arbitrator and international sales trainer.
Joe Dickman, Jr., Imaging Sales & Consulting “All industry sectors can benefit from imaged data”.
Joe’s 25 years of experience in information management have helped us to build and maintain our successful imaging operation service bureau. Joe designs and develops document management solutions and conducts consulting projects to design file space, develop tracking systems, and standardizes filing procedures for both the public and private sector clients.
Mike Flora, Operations Manager “Exceeding our customers’ expectations is one of the greatest rewards of my position with Fireproof”.
Mike has been our Operations Manager for the past 12 years and works diligently to insure that not only do we exceed our customers’ expectations – but that we also develop our staff into leadership roles within our company. This helps to insure we are strong for years to come.
Mark Riggs, Accounting Manager “Making sure our clients are invoiced correctly and in a timely manner is one of the most important functions of my position”.
Mark has been with Fireproof ten years and works closely with upper management to insure the long-term growth objectives of our company are met. In addition to maintaining accuracy and timeliness of all areas of the accounting department, he also oversees our employee payroll and benefits program.
Lorne Sykora, IT Manager “There’s never a dull moment when your job is to provide the tools (technology) that allow each of our departments, as well as our customers, to work at their most efficient level”.
Lorne’s 11 years with Fireproof have been anything but boring. His days are comprised of everything from working on cabling and software to assisting customers’ with their technical questions. Lorne has been instrumental in utilizing technology to tie all of our facilities together so they operate as “one” and was a pioneer of this process that has been adopted by commercial records center across the country.
